Royal Family : Sussexes 'raised eyebrows' behind palace walls during major event

According to The Telegraph, the Sussexes' decision to take a solo walk down the

lengthy aisle of St Paul’s Cathedral for the service of thanksgiving on June 3 "raised

eyebrows" as the couple could have travelled alongside Beatrice, Eugenie and their

husbands, who were sat next to them in the pews. The Sussexes were spotted

leaving Clarence House on Friday morning as they were in a "security pod" with

Beatrice and Eugenie, after expressing concerns about their level of protection

during their visit. Meghan and Harry's UK visit for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee was

incredibly brief and the couple left the country before the celebrations had concluded on Sunday June 5.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior royals in March 2020- a move dubbed ‘Megxit’.
