Queen Elizabeth skips Epsom Derby event after cancelling church service appearance

The Queen has withdrawn from a second Platinum Jubilee celebration.

Due to health reasons, the 96-year-old queen will not attend Saturday's Epsom Derby, according to Buckingham Palace.
