Johnny Depp makes surprise appearance at Sheffield gig before Amber Heard verdict

Johnny Depp stunned a Sheffield audience last night with a surprise appearance alongside the rock guitarist Jeff Beck.

His cameo came as a jury in the US was deliberating the explosive testimony aired during his defamation battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 58, played his 2020 collaboration with Beck,

Isolation, a remake of the John Lennon song, as well as covers of Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On and Little Wing by Jimi Hendrix.
