Hollywood's cruel treatment of Bruce Willis

Despite suffering from aphasia, Bruce Willis was still cast in

movies far longer than he probably should have been.

A new expose from the LA Times has claimed that producer

Randall Emmett sought to milk the actor's name for his own personal gain.

The clearest example of the above came during filming for the 'Midnight in the Switchgrass' movie.

During one particular scene, Emmett struggled to get Willis to kick down a door,

even with the advice of a stuntman. The incident saw a frustrated Emmett walk off the set.

You would have to be blind to not see him struggling," Alicia Haverland, a property manager on the film, said, as reported by the New York Post.

For his part, Emmett was fully aware of Willis' state, at least according to his ex-wife Lala Kent.
