After the events of Avengers: Endgame, and WandaVision, Dr Stephen Strange is continuing his research on the Time Stone.

But an old friend (Chiwetel Ejiofor) turned enemy tries to destroy every sorcerer on Earth, messing with Strange’s plan and also exposing him to unleash an unspeakable evil.

However, we’ll have to wait a bit longer for Doctor Strange, as the movie was pushed to March 25, 2022.

The sequel was originally set for release on May 7, 2021, but pushed back to November 5, 2021, due to the coronavirus crisis. Then it was further shifted to March 25, 2022, amid Sony rescheduled Spider-Man: No Way Home to the November 2021 date.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Trailer

There’s no trailer for this film. Sorry for this. We could hope to see our first trailer or at least some on-set footage for the sequel to tide us over until 2022.

We’ll update this as soon as there’s any official confirmation about the trailer.

Filming began in November 2020 in London. In December filming was taking place in the U.K. at Longcross Studios, where Kenneth Branagh also worked on his latest big screen Agatha Christie adaptation, Death on the Nile. Now the sequel is in post-production status.

The original film released on November 4, 2016, and it made $677.7 million at the Box office.
