‘Bullet Train’ is an upcoming American action thriller film. It is directed by David Leitch. The film is based on the novel Maria Beetle by Kōtarō Isaka which was first published in 2010.
Kelly McCormick produce Bullet Train movie through 87 North along with Antoine Fuqua. Kat Samick is executive producer and Brittany Morrissey is the executive overseeing the project for Sony Pictures.

Bullock and Pitt being two of most bankable actors in Hollywood for most of the last three decades, but they’ve never appeared in the same film together before. It is the first time when the two Oscar winners would cross paths on screen.

Sony is blown to see the footage of Aaron Taylor Johnson in this film and then Aaron offered the part of Kraven The Hunter after that.
In true secretive assassin style, most roles for all the cast are at this point, strictly for the eyes of the director only – the director being David Leitch, Pitt’s former stuntman, who’s now known for Deadpool 2 and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.

‘Bullet Train Movie’ Plot
The story centers on a group of five assassins each with their own motives but with something unexpected in common, who board a bullet train where chaos soon erupts. The project tone has been described as Speed, the 1994 Sandra Bullock action film set on a bus, meets Liam Neeson’s 2014 plane thriller Non-Stop.

‘Bullet Train’ Movie Release date
Bullet Train movie began production in October 2020 in Los Angeles. Filming started on November 16, 2020, and wrapped in March 2021. Brad Pitt performed 95% of his own stunts in the film according to stunt coordinator Greg Rementer.
Bullet Train movie is scheduled to be released for next year on April 8, 2022 by Sony Pictures Releasing.

There’s no trailer for this film. With a 2022 release date we’re hoping for trailer till a late 2021.

Final words
Director David Leitch and Brad Pitt had working together in multiple films before Bullet Train (2022). Leitch has worked as Pitt’s stunt double in many films including Fight Club (1999), Ocean’s Eleven (2001), Troy (2004) and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005).
Also, some folks may not know that before Leitch was a massively in-demand director, Pitt also made a cameo in Leitch’s second directorial movie Deadpool 2 (2018).
